ALFA Klebstoffe AG has been awarded the Zürcher Unterland Innovation Prize for its product development ALFAPURA®. The Zürcher Kantonalbank and Standort Zürich Unterland awarded it for the first time. The award was to be given to the company whose innovation most inspires other SMEs and can be role model for other companies.
“We are very happy about the award,” said Thomas Simmler, CEO of ALFA Klebstoffe AG. “We take the prize money and the win as an impetus to once again intensify our development efforts.”
ALFA Klebstoffe AG’s new product is a Cradle to Cradle certified water-based dispersion adhesive. ALFAPURA® is used in the packaging industry as well as in bookbinding.
