The idea for ALFA Klebstoffe AG arose in response to the view at the time that it was not possible to bond foam without solvents. We have successfully proved the opposite. Since the foundation of the company, we produce exclusively water-based, solvent-free adhesives without harmful VOCs and environmentally-polluting ingredients. This is because one thing is clear: water is the foundation of life.

Moreover, our material and energy-saving products and systems ensure minimal application and consumption in use, enabling us to conserve the environment even more. In this way, we contribute to making the world a little better.

We are continuously working at making our processes – as well as our customers – even more effective and efficient. To this end, we have developed technologies to reduce consumption, such as special roller coater adhesives or OF and UV-technology.

SIMALFA^® adhesives are LGA-certified. In addition, we are the proud winners of the SME prize of the Zürcher Kantonalbank for an outstanding contribution to sustainable development.
